Our Returns Policy

We want you to look and feel amazing. So if you're not fully satisfied with your order, we offer FREE returns on all UK orders. Simply return the item(s) in their original condition within 14 days of receipt, ensuring that all hygiene stickers and labels are intact, along with the luxury branded box. Ensure that you try briefs on over your own underwear for hygiene reasons.

Upon inspection, we are happy to exchange the item(s) for a different size or issue a refund (excluding original delivery charge).

How to Arrange an Exchange / Refund (UK Orders)

If you are based in the UK and would like to arrange an exchange / refund, please email us at enquiries@shirinlingerie.com, stating whether you want to exchange the item(s) or receive a refund. If you want to exchange item(s), please state what colour and / or size you want to exchange for. Through our courier, we will be able to arrange collection from a home address, work address or courier drop off point.

Once the item(s) have been received by us we will conduct an inspection. To qualify for an exchange / refund, items(s) must be returned in their original, undamaged condition with all hygiene stickers and labels intact. You must also return the luxury branded box. If the item(s) do not pass our inspection, they will be returned and no exchange / refund will be issued. Please note that the process can take up to 14 days from when the item(s) are received by us.

If you have placed an International order and would like to arrange an exchange / refund, please email us at enquiries@shirinlingerie.com, stating whether you want to exchange the item(s) or receive a refund. If you want to exchange item(s), please state what colour and / or size you want to exchange for. We will provide an address to send the item(s) to. It is advised that you track your parcel.

Once the item(s) have been received by us we will conduct an inspection. To qualify for an exchange / refund, items(s) must be returned in their original, undamaged condition, with all hygiene stickers and labels intact. You must also return the luxury branded box.
